Pricing, Payment Terms

Generally, delivery charges for water depend on the tanker volume, place of delivery, and emergency nature of the request. Our objective is to keep the delivery of potable water in Riyadh at reasonable rates with an understanding on transparent prices, no hidden charges.

Delivery Conditions and Responsibilities

On the contrary, the client shall be ensuring safe access for water tankers, sufficient room for parking, and ready tanks to be filled. Rescheduling of an appointment may be charged out of pocket if our team cannot reach your site due to any inaccurate directions or blocking of access.

Water Quality and Safety Standards

Our ideas from or proprietary regulatory agencies require that water be free of any contaminations hence, this is our profession. The tankers are regularly sanitized, and water is drawn from suppliers approved to provide water according to the standards of Saudi water quality.

Limitations of Service Availability

Despite efforts to provide round-the-clock water supply in Riyadh, special incidents like road closures or flooding, among others, may sporadically curtail service availability.
